Agreement
By using agentagi, you agree to these terms. agentagi provides software to detect revenue opportunities and assist with recovery outreach. You remain responsible for all messages sent to your contacts.
Service description
agentagi monitors connected integrations, identifies revenue leaks, generates suggested recovery actions, and optionally automates low-risk follow-ups with human approval by default. Estimated revenue figures are projections, not guarantees. Verified revenue requires independently observed payment or conversion events.
Your responsibilities
- You must have permission to contact people in your contact list
- You must comply with applicable email and privacy laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
- You review AI-generated content before sending when approval mode is enabled
- You provide accurate business context so AI does not misrepresent your offers
Billing
Plans include a base platform fee plus an optional success fee on verified recovered revenue only. Success fees are calculated from revenue records marked verified by real payment events — never from estimated figures.
Limitation of liability
agentagi is provided as-is. We are not liable for lost revenue, deliverability issues with third-party email providers, or decisions made based on AI suggestions.
