Overview

agentagi ("we", "us") helps businesses detect and recover revenue opportunities. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data we collect

• Account information (email, name, organization details)
• Contact and customer data you import or sync via integrations
• Event data from connected tools (Stripe, Dodo, Events API, etc.)
• Gmail read-only access: message metadata and content for lead detection only
• AI-generated messages and automation run logs

Gmail data

When you connect Gmail, we request read-only access to identify unanswered inbound emails and revenue-related threads. We use this data solely to detect opportunities and build your customer timeline. We do not send email through Gmail — outbound recovery emails use Resend or your configured provider. You can disconnect Gmail at any time from Integrations, which stops future syncs.

How we use data

Data is used to detect revenue opportunities, generate recovery messages (with your approval by default), track verified recoveries, and improve scoring for your organization only. We do not sell your data. With explicit opt-in, anonymized aggregate benchmarks may be used to improve industry recovery rates.

Storage & security

Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security per organization. OAuth tokens and API keys are encrypted. Access is limited to authenticated members of your organization.

Your rights

You may export your data, disconnect integrations, or delete your account by contacting imin2tu@gmail.com. Unsubscribe links are enforced on all outbound recovery emails.
